OUR HISTORY

The home base of Vicon. The history of Kverneland Group Nieuw-Vennep started in 1910 when young farm-hand Hermanus Vissers started off as a contractor and founded the company called Vissers Constructiewerk (Vicon). Since then an impressive range of products is produced at this production location in the Netherlands.

We, at Crop Care, are a reliable organisation that together with our partners, create distinctive and innovative products. These products offer solutions to the challenges faced within arable and livestock farming. We do this with an open, social and stable organisation where team spirit comes first. 

OUR PEOPLE

Around 200 employees are working at Kverneland Group Nieuw-Vennep. The majority works in research & development, manufacturing, logistics and sales & marketing. Working at Kverneland Group Nieuw-Vennep means being a part of innovative development of agricultural crop care solutions in any discipline.

OUR COMPETENCE

Spreaders

Sustainable agriculture is supported by using precision farming methods. Optimal spreading of fertiliser means using the exact amount of nutrition and avoid overlap to maximise crop growth and by that yield. With our fertiliser spreaders we guarantee accurate spreading, easy operation, many years of trouble free usage, less waste and lower cost of operation.

Sprayers

To feed the increasing world population, we need to protect our crops against diseases, plagues and weed. Field sprayers have to do this job in a sustainable way. Therefore our range of field sprayers is designed to support precision farming methods with advanced technologies on board. This enables farmers to spray as less as possible, at the right moment, on the right spot.
